Default Hello from 'Sometimes it is the frozen North'

Ok it is not always cold up here but is often a land of extremes. Am looking forward to reading all your posts, so much information. I am a landlady with a 4-plex and 2 rental homes and none of these properties are where I live, in fact they are in two different provinces so sometimes my problems are a different kind of challenge I think this forum may help me in assessing work to be done at a distance. Thanks
