Default Shower head arm twisted

I cant remember what you call this, the nipple or something, anyways, the thing coming out of the wall where you screw the showerhead to is twisted. Its pointing at about 4 o clock. I thought those were threaded, but this is probably original cast or galv plumbing from the 20's in the wall. Before I wrench on it to straighten it out, I wanted to see if anyone had any advice?

If its galvanized or or steal your not bending it so if it's twisted then it's probably silver aluminum shower arm or you twisted the shower riser.
