Default Using an exercise machine

what is your measured power/weight and energy/weight ratio?

You can win money if you don't get a heart attack. . .

That would be great if you had no where to go and building to protect you from the wind.

One of the pilots was a runner. Running is aerobic exercise but a one minute flight is anaerobic exercise.

They should get a person who can bench press or leg press 2x or 3x their body weight, and a 5 speed bicycle gear shifter so the person can be matched to the load wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Enerson weighs 120 pounds and can produce 0.6 horsepower so he puts out 3.7 w/lb.

The 135-pound graduate student named Kyle Gluesenkamp does 0.7 hp so he puts out 3.9 w/lb.

Me, 0.6 hp for one minute just today on a machine, so I'm at 2.7 w/lb. But I'm not 20 anymore, either.
