Default New Home Owner

I am just about to complete on my first home - it's a basic little place but needs quite a bit of cosmetic work - I want to do it all myself so joined this site to gather some helpful hints, and hopefully share my experiences and help others. Looking forward to chatting!

Welcome everyone! I remember those days when I bought my first house and did not know the difference between plaster and drywall compound.

Ask anything you like because there are many excellent sources of info here. When they aren't drinking, you can even rely on their advice. (kidding)
