Default GE PFS22MISBBB condenser fan motor not running

Condenser fan motor OK but will not run when unit is on.
Replaced motherboard and still will not run.
Checked wiring diagram and see that evaporator & condenser fan motors
are feed thru the same terminal connection from motherboard.
Since there is only one connection on board for electrical supply for both
fans where would a connection be for the split off to both fans.
I know the evaporator fan motor is running when connected to motherboard.
When unit is on the condenser fan will turn very slowly for about 15 sec.

Condenser fan motor NOT Ok.
Put your volt meter leads on the connections to the condenser fan motor and see what voltage is being sent to the motor. If it measures the same as the motor nameplate requirements and the motor doesn't run then it would be a bad motor. Is there a capacitor for the motor and if so, have you check the capacitor?

Probably best to hange out the fan motor..bad fans can damage the board and sometimes we test for power at the fan motor and it meters ok but is not really there and we end up changing both parts. Since the mother board is new, definetly try a new fan motor...
