Default Kitchen Floor Retile

In the process of remodeling my kitchen. I dug up the 18 inch ceramic tiles and the mud job to reach the subfloor. The subfloor looks to be in good condition. It is 3/4 inch plywood but not tongue and groove. How should I proceed from here?

What are you planning on re-flooring with? Just about any thing you choose will require a clean & LEVEL subfloor. Did you get all the mud off?
