Default mouse in duct work

This week i HAD a mouse in the duct work that is in the floor. The house is a manufactured. Is there basically a certain area that it could have got in or could it be any where it got in the duct work? thanks

If the ducting is metal, the most likely area is in the transition under the air unit.

Those suckers can squeeze in the tiniest of openings. I ran a video camera down mine to see if there was a spot (our dog made short work of the few that tried to tresspass)
