I'm currently having a new home constructed with a full daylight basement which I plan to finish at some later date.
My question: If I paint the concrete floor with a suitable concrete paint for some immediate usage, but plan later to put down some ceramic tile in parts of the basement...will the paint keep the tile from adhering properly to the floor?
