Default ShortCuts

This is a money-saving issue.
If you are planning to build a new deck or renovating your existing one you will want to read this week's ShortCuts column, we can save you hundred's of $. A great new book shows you how to make some really inexpensive outdoor furniture and we test a real bargain of a bench-top tool.

Thanks for the info. Graham:
I didn't realize the new wood treatment was still just as dangerous. I really like the new plastics and compositions but, man they are expensive! The rustic furniture is an eye-catcher. People in our area used to make furniture of willow; it bends easily and lasts farily well in the weater.
