Greetings all. I don't really have much experience with posting, so please be patient. I figured this would be the best one though... since I now own two old homes in Mobile (not two old mobile homes!). Our primary residence is 100+ yr old, and we recently bought an early 40s house as a rental. generally pretty handy... or at least good enough to be dangerous.
