Default Shop Vac service

The switch on my Shop Vac QSP quit last week in the on position, I can still use it by plugging and unplugging it. I received it for Christmas a few years ago, can't remember which year. I sent an e-mail to Shop Vac last Saturday and received a reply today saying that they are sending a new power head unit via FedEx free of charge. That's what I call service. Mick.
