Default Hi from the Great White North

Gooday EH!
It is 20 below and 5 feet of snow. But soon it will be spring and GO GO GO.
Jack of all and Master of some, it always seems like work before fun.
I have a long history of Home repair and renovation and now I do it for a living. Since, the Boss is usually a pain, I find it more fun to flip homes. Here it is easy as a buy can be flipped for sale less than $100,000.00 in 3-4 weeks.
