Default Sounds....sound

Yea, go for it just the way you describe.

The good thing is...you can always go over it again until you are ok with the way it looks.
Alaways do yourself what you want to on a job, then if you have questions ...ask someone and figure it out. Sounds like that is just what you are doing.
Keep up the good work...it's yours...and post some pics when it's done.

Well, today the plumbing was hooked up and the kitchen rehab is finished with the exeption putting up two rope trims that shipped to us broken.

Here are some before and after photos.

Cabinets are Shenandoah Maple Honey with Coffee glaze.

Quartz countertops by Cambria in Victoria, the light color and Park Gate, the dark color

Stainless steel sink by Lovello

Porcelain flooring is by Marazzi

Glad the job is done! Thanks for all the support and advice along the way. I'm not sure I could have done it without you all!

More after photos..

The hutch was my wife's creation. It replaces an cupboard made from old barn flooring.

Very nice that looks awesome. We have the same header in our kitchen, and I've been telling my wife that this is what I want to do. I think (fingers crossed) mine is empty. We'll see if we ever decide to do something. Again it looks great and you did a good job.
