Default checking in

I bought my first house a while ago and I've been trying to get a grip on this house stuff, lawn care and all the other hassles of suburban life. My house had a lot more problems than I anticipated and I'm basically replacing everything: deck, windows, siding, toilets, faucets, a lot of drywall (unsized wallpaper ).

I have a lot of questions so hopefully I can learn some stuff here, and offer anything I already know.
