How fast does foam insulation dry after you spray it on? How do you know how thick it is going to be?

I am in the process of rebuilding and adding on to my garage. I have an area that will be 12'x20' in size. I need to run the ceiling joists over the 20' span. Will 20' 12"x2" on 24" centers be strong enough to support the ceiling?

I was wanting some of those roping-off poles that they use for valet parking or at the movie theaters to put down the middle of my 2 car garage, to divide the 2 cars. Does anybody know where I can get my hands on some of those?

I have a crowded 2 car garage and the main wall is where my washer, dryer, hot water tank, and A/C unit are. I am trying to figure out a way to hide or disguise them. Maybe even just dress them up a little! Any ideas?

I really like the miracle truss building designs, but i do not however like their prices! Are there any other similar hybrid building companies out there?
