I already fixed the problem. It was the corner of the chimney cap that was leaking which ran down the corner into the inside of the patio. I just silconed it but I will eventually have to replace the chimney cap.
I'll try to get some pictures tomorow. We have been getting a ton of rain and flooding out here so I'm having a hard time going up and getting pictures from up on the roof. From the top, you can't see anything but there is water on the very top of the fireplace that just sits there. My guess is...
