hardwood floor- rubber back of rug stuck to floor
A lot of talk above was about what to use on floors, but I would like to know how to get the black backing of a carpet off of a cement floor. We had flooding and the carpet came up but not the black backing. Any suggestions and soon, please?- grannynan10106
