GOTCHA! :) Felt will break down over time allowing wicking and sill gasket provides a moisture barrier (I guess it does as it is also used on sill plates) in addition to a thermal barrier. I was overbuilding... :( But, isn't felt called for by code under a floor plate (on crete)?
