Came to Nashville working through a temporary company for Lee Company 4 years ago my car broke down the 3rd day. I lost my wallet the 2nd day after car broke down.
Was working 7 days a week with Lee Company luckily so the second paycheck I received I got an Uber to Madison and put a down payment on a car. When that job was complete got a job with Bernhard Mechanical on the Broadwest project after going through a winter of working on the top deck and it being 30 degrees and raining some days decided that was not for me.
Found a Service Plumber job not going to put the name on blast because he is getting everything he deserves. Worked for him up until last July when he called me a liar because a lady did not want to pay the whole bill because the guy that sold her the job did not sell her the main thing she called about.
She called about a stopped up Toilet in the back on a concrete slab and he sold her all new drains in the crawl space. So I quit and went back 6 months later.The first 3 months he was OK. But as work started slowing down because he had always depended on marketing he started in threatning me with my job but then thanking me when I would go sale a job in after hours then a few days later right back to same thing. Multiple other things just treating me like I was the worst person to walk the face of the earth at sometimes. So I decided after over 20 years of being in this trade it was time for me to go out on my own. I had a company in Alabama where I am from in 2008 but it got to be too much working a full time job sometimes 60 hours a week then run the business too. One day the owner that just bought the company I worked for posted flyers on the doors, the coke machine just everywhere that stated if you are caught doing side work you will be Terminated. So I took one and put it in my truck and took one in to him and told him that it is illegal to threaten to fire someone but I just went ahead and closed my business because I had 3 kids and a wife to support. Well 6 months later on December 9th he laid me off.
Back to the last company I worked for here I decided when that guy started acting like a 5 year old it was time for me to open my business and operate it the way I want. I just want to peovide quality Plumbing work at affordable prices so I have a minimum task and also have multiple task discount so if someone has a few things they have been needing to get fixed it will help them.
