Yeah, definitely. Hopefully it'll still be under warranty.

I believe the problem has been solved. The installer left some plastic covers on the top vent, so only a little air was escaping. I actually had to stand on a chair to see the "please remove" on the covers! Tested again the same way it failed before, and had no problems.

There is no exterior vent, it just re-circulates. I would have to get an exact measurement later, I'm not home now.
