Thank you all. I Am going with either an 18 v como set for rigid or bosch. Both bring a standard and impact drill. Which do you all prefer and why?

I had to do the samething because the drywalling in the basement got wet and became very very moldy. The mold spreads very fast. I am in the process of knocking the drywall down, bleeching it and dehumidifying it. I suggest you do the same and insulate the areas after fixing the wster source

Thank you. I will dry the wood. Behind the drywall we have bricks. What would you reccomend i do with the bricks, pipes, and drywall ceiling?

I have a big mold problem in my basement so i'm in the process of knocking down the drywalling (mold was on drywall). What should I do next? Spray bleech? Dehumidifier? Thank you

Have purchaed a house and it needs a lot of work. I am looking for an overall great drill thst will hold up and last me a while. I've heard that bosch is the best while black and decker are not. Please help.
