I've been watching it and it isn't still leaking. The size has been constant for a while. That's why I'm confused. No idea how or why it is there.

Thanks for all the replies. I'll try the glue and primer. If that doesn't work, I'll get more radical with it. I really wish I knew where that water came from. I am really confused by it.
