    Trouble Replacing Old Bathtub Spout

So theoretically this adapter could be removed? I saw one image on the web where it was screw-tightened. Mine has no such screw, however.

    Trouble Replacing Old Bathtub Spout

You're referring to the copper fitting in photo 2? If so, what is the point of this device? The new Delta spout came with this as well.

    Trouble Replacing Old Bathtub Spout

After hours and hours of searching, I finally found a spout that fits. It's the Delta RP5834. Apparently that copper cuff is welded onto my water supply pipe, and this is the only spout that actually fits that cuff. Thanks for your help!

    Trouble Replacing Old Bathtub Spout

I have read multiple articles across the web regarding changing the spout on a tub. They all claim this is a straightforward, relatively easy process. However, that hasn't been the case with me. I'll refer to this web site, since yet has photos included: How to Replace a Bathtub Spout | The...

    Unknown kitchen drawer hardware

travelover, I have a friend who has what you're talking about. They use it to store small sponges and whatnot. The more I search, I'm thinking this really might be a custom piece the manufacturer produces for quick assembly. I'm either going to hot glue it in place or use one of the bottom...

    Unknown kitchen drawer hardware

No luck. There has to be a name for this simple little plastic clamp. I'm beginning to think super glue will work just fine. Hah!

    Unknown kitchen drawer hardware

Thanks inspectorD. I'll check it out. Part of my problem thus far has been the plethora of cabinet pulls and whatnot that Google returns when I search for "cabinet hardware." Maybe I'll have better luck with these specific terms though.

    Paint Color For Bedroom

If you're going for a crisp, modern ambiance I would go with a stark white and use accessories, pictures, linens, etc. to add punches of color throughout the room. If you're looking for a more clean and traditional feel, I would go with a neutral, medium shade of tan.

    Paint Color Advice?

I think I'm going to have to agree with ryans442. Granted, I'm only imagining the colors in your countertops and tile, but I think something along the medium to light grey hue with a very, very discreet touch of blue or slate would work well. The warm, rich colors don't necessarily "close" a...

    Unknown kitchen drawer hardware

Hello, In our kitchen and bathrooms, we have "faux drawers" just beneath the sink. Obviously there is no room for a real drawer due to the plumbing and the sink itself. These drawer fronts simply snap on to a plastic-coated screw via a small, C-shaped plastic clamp that screws into the back of...
