    I may be missing something but the way I read it you have no neutral for the lights. Why worry about combining circuits? just have power (A) feed switch 1 &2 for the light (black) & night-light (red) and splice the whites. do same on 2nd pair of switches with power(B) for fan and heater

    3 position switch

    I think I may have to go with a toggle or rocker switch. I am basically want a 3 position switch that can be labeld auto/off/on where auto is wired in with the timer. I know I can do it with 2 switches 1 auto/off the other on/off but not what I want.

    2 switches on 1 circuit

    I think you better recheck that wiring. If you have the black from the panel hooked up to the black of the first light and the white from the panel hooked up to the white of the first light then the light would always be on.

    I have a strange situation. Easiest way to explain, let's say I have some lights hooked up to a timer and need to run the lights either manual on, timer control, or totally off.
