Happy New Year
I'm in the process of remodelling my house and in checking the structure
have noticed that the floor joists are 2 x 7 (true)..they have a span of 13' 2 " with 16" OC...
I believe cedar.
These joists have been there for close to 100 years and show no sign of bending stress...
