Hi everyone, our hot water tank is leaking from one of the top nipples(?). It was literally spraying water all over the place; not just a little leak. I tried tightening it but that didn't do much. It was already really tight. What should I do? Thanks

Hello! I am trying to install a new front handle but I'm having an issue. When I tighten the 2 screws (circled in red) the thumb handle becomes very tight and will not 'release' back. I then have to loosen the screws and it goes back to normal. With the screws this loose, the door handle will be...
