I'm almost positive it not the roof, if it is the "flashing" would I be able to fix it or would I have to get someone in to repair it? If I had to get someone to come in and fix it who would I contact? I want to solve this problem before the wood starts to rot :eek: Thanks!

I forgot! There is a roof over the door and the house is only 2 years old. 7 inches between the bottom of the door and the deck.
