Replace the limit switch the black square with the 2 red wires, its a wafer switch that can be intermittent when closed it tells the blower there is heat a to turn on.

Your problem is the flame sensor, the long sensor that you used sandpaper on is the flame sensor and you should lightly clean with scotch brite or sandpaper each fall before winter. This senses the flame during ignition and keeps the gas valve on.

My earlier post was incorrect. My problem is the blower motor starts when heat cycle starts. When draft inducer starts so does the blower. Everything works ok its just that the blower shouldn't start until after the combustion cycle has warmed the exchanger. Thanks for your help

hello, My problem is that the Draft inducer fan runs through the entire cycle. Normally this fan would shut down at blower motor start up but instead continues to run until heat cycle is complete. York model P3UCD16N07601A I would think its a limits switch I just can't locate it. Thanks
