I just recently purchased a jim walters stilt home in sw fl and am having a problem with my center stilt has sank 4 in causing whole center of house to sag. i have house gutted right now. how can i raise floors back level and reattach? blocks? 4x4's possibly? pilings were put in 86 house built...
