Does that have to do with tightening the washer under the basin? I tried this, but it's also loose against the ceramic at the top.

Hello all, We have a faucet in our kitchen whose parts are quite loose at the base. I am wondering if soldering this would be an easy solution? The sink works absolutely fine, it's just the fixture that is loose. Would there be any issue doing this as a fix? Hopefully this isn't too vague...
