What are some recommended underlayments for a floating cork floor for a slab-on-grade home?
I'm looking for the best compromise between sound absorption and comfort without being too bouncy.
The flooring has a thin layer of cork on the underside (1/16") in addition to the top layer (1/8")...

We have an interior wall that we want to open up by cutting out an 11' wide opening (bottom of opening ~ 34" AFF; top of opening ~ 10" BFC)
The overall length of the wall is ~ 17'.
