Doing a quick search, it appears that Delta is part of the Masco corporation. It also appears that the Delta RP5834 is a replacement for the Masco unit you have. I would call the Delta customer service line and confirm what is the correct replacement, but this looks promising...

Looking at your picture, the worst area seems to be at the sidewalk and then it seems to propagate in straight lines toward the house. If this is correct, I would be wondering if you spread/spray anything in lines or if there's anything going on under the sod (6" or so) that might make it dry...

Is it possible that the sliding door above is leaking and that's the source of water? I believe the threshold of a door is supposed to sit on top of flashing that directs any water to the outside. This flashing may be hidden by a trim board between the door threshold and the deck.
