so I am unsure of the make model, this came with the house when we purchased but I will see if I can find something. It might be missing something as well, I did not break it (one of the kids did and are not fessing up) so I only saw it when it was in the state of the picture. I'm hoping...

Not sure if this is fixable, I'm unsure how it broke but it just comes off now. I can make the water come out if I push down on it with the handle and turn like normally but thats about it. Any information would be handy, thanks in advance!
