I have a wrought iron railing outside my house that becoming loose. the concrete where the railing is secured is cracking. theres 3 places where it needs to be fixed. How can i remove and replace the concrete to secure the railing? what tools/supplies would i need. any help would be appreciated

Thanks, I actually just looked under the sink (I should have done that first lol) and I found the tube and nut still on the hose. Should I just pull the drop tube and nut up to the base then re-screw the sprayer base? is there anything else I need to do
