Just finished painting our dining room. Used frogger masking tape but didn't do so well. White trim on two walls are eye sore that has green paint on it.

I have a 5 in 1 stiff scraper but it actually removes the white paint as well. Thinking about using my Dreman tool with sander to sand the green paint off.

What is easiest way to remove the green paint. Paint is interior flat latex.

Are both paints new or just the green?
If just the green is new, try using Goof-off and a rag, it will break down the new paint first.
or you may have to repaint the white, you will have to do that if you sand it.

Just the green. I was trying to get the paint off using sand paper, 5 in 1 scraper, flex putty knive, etc. It was damaging the trim. So I'm just using Kilz to paint over the green. Working out pretty good. Probably not the most professional job though but the house is over 15 years. I'm going to try the Goof-off for the green that is on the face of the trim. I'll continue to paint over it when it is on the edge.

Thanks for the reply.
