Lots of rain in California this year. 16 year old vinyl window in garage leaking. In pic you can see water drop coming from above the inside upper track, trickling down the track and then falling on the sill (filled half a coffee can). Note the track has a bluish tinge due to reflection off ceiling but this is the white vinyl track the drop is trickling down. Caulked outside last year and don't see gap but perhaps I should have pro remove and recaulk? Also note gap on inside upper right above the window frame; poor installation. Should the gap be filled with something? What? Not sure if that is related to water intrusion. Not sure what type of pro to help....googling only found vinyl window installers, not repairs. Any thoughts appreciated.
