When I am driving my car it sounds like there is a piece of tape stuck to the bottom of my tire, I just hear what sounds like something on the tire hitting the ground every time it spins and it's kind of a sound like tape sticking to the ground then getting pulled off it real fast... cause I've only had tape on my tire once and thats how it kind of sounded except it's permanently been making this noise and there is nothing stuck to my tire, no screw I can see no nails, nothing... could this be the ball bearings making noise or brake pads scraping?
