The Zenith Industries tool is what I used to remove the original trim. Perhaps I didn't use it correctly.

Just to be sure I understand, you're saying that with a household iron that I can remove the current laminate? Could I also remove the current bevel trim, too? If so, I may be better off removing both the laminate top and bevel trim as the other poster recommended. I could then either put on...

That does concern me, and I'm going to look into all options thoroughly before deciding what to do. If I do choose to re-apply, I want to see if I can get a hold of a spare piece of beveled counter and practice first.

So, in what order should I apply and router the 3 parts (top, side, angle)?
