    T1-11 siding

    I have T-11 siding that is starting to rot in places at the bottom. I do maintain a space below the bottom so no dirt, mulch or water can make contact with it.Pressure treated T1-11 is not available anywhere near here. Any one have a suggestion for preventing this from rotting?
