Alum Fascia Loose

I noticed that there is a spot on the Aluminum Fascia on my home that is loosely hanging where it meets the light green siding. Further to the left it tightens back up again. It’s just where it meets that other piece at the corner. How can I fasten that piece back up?

That's actually soffit material and the circled product in the last photo, should b e attached to the dwelling.

Got it, it’s the soffit that is hanging, not the fascia. There does appear to be a clip of some sort on the siding. I’ll have my son come by and get up on the extension ladder.
