Best way to fix a depression in driveway

Years ago we had a driveway done.
It had a depression hole along the wall.
They put some kind of patch on it, but the edges are cracking off.
Sometimes a car will drive over it.
So what would be the best way to fix this????

I believe there's a way to inject concrete underneath to push the slab back up but I'm not sure if that would apply in your situation. Do you have pics?
