Nope, but I think I remember a thread from a few years back where it was talked about.
 
Where I worked, a pressurized stadium with an air supported roof, this was used on some upper walls that were bowing badly. I haven't any idea of cost, but know the system was IBC approved.

It didn't flatten the walls, as I found out when running new conduits. But no more bowing occurred as evidenced by no more conduit straps popping off.

NOTE- The liquid they used over the straps was very high VOC, so be prepared to take the elderly, the children & the pets out until the air tests clear. Birds & fish are especially vulnerable to VOCs.
