How to stop tilted open window from being closed?

Problem is that I want to ventilate house opening windows to tilted position in 2 different rooms. And as the wind gets harder, suddenly one window will be pushed close and as wind calms down, it will then fall open. This really annoyed me so I wanted to ask, beside closing one room's door, if it's possible to install some stopper or sth to prevent that thing from happening again. Thanks

Remove the windows and you will just have a big opening for air to enter. when you get things aired out put them back in.

The window looks like the one under attachments. Snoonyb idea seems nice. Should it be special hinge? Should I just drill one side to window and other to wall?
