Husky 5000 Watt generator

I have a Husky 5000 watt generator with a Subaru motor. I bought it new about 6 years ago. Worked fine for some time. Now when I use my small jackhammer it pops the GFI on the outlet after a minute or so. I used to be able to run two of these jackhammers at the same time. Do you think it might be just the GFI outlet that needs replacing or something else?

Try plugging something else into it and see if you get the same responce.

I do. any tool that draws quiet a bit of power will trip it. Also the jackhammers work fine on the other generators.

Yeah, those breakers get soft. Just replace it and I'm sure all will be fine.
