i find a stud in the wall but hit concrete, what are remedies?

Back in Post #13, I mentioned a simple magnet stud finder made for Sears.

Below is a photo (much better than the drawing). For fun, I used the photo on Google Lens and it popped up a few on eBay and one on Bonanza (if any of you are interested in getting one).

It also is very handy for finding nails in wood before planing the wood.
