Ok got a few observations here for some troubleshooting.
we always run the fanduring a shower with door open and leave the fan on for at least 30 minutes after a shower. Moisture never builds up on the mirror or anything.
i notice the wIndia sill looked odd so I opened the shade. I found moisture on the bottom part of the wi sos the sill is warped? And the caulk around the wi Dow and trim area are messed up. Now could the moisture form because the cold air is getting in around the messed up caulk or my bathroom fan isn’t removing it?
