Hello everyone,
I am trying to find a way to install a new window in a bathroom wall, above the shower/tub area, without having to pull out all of the tile to reframe. Can I do all of the steps (mark openeing, reframe, cut INTERIOR wall) from the outside in? (So, backwards than from normal?) I realize tht I would have to cut the siding all the way down to the footer to do this, but it seems like it may actually be easier in the long run. I redid the bathroom a few years ago and would hate to have to pull out ALL of the tiles on one wall to get in there to reframe (again). Help!
