I take bite size chicken pieces, marinate them in jalapeno juice for a couple hours, wrap them with bacon along with a couple jalapeno slices, a slice of pepper jack cheese. Grill them till the bacons crispy. Deliciousness!

cream cheese, scallions, split the jalapino, scrap out seeds, add seeds to cheesemix
stuff split pepper, wrap in bacon secure with tooth pick, put in the smoker while smoking your meat..
munch with a cold beer.
i will try your recipe.

its is stuffed smoked sausage roll
2 lb jimmy dean, put in a gallon zip lock, lay on counter, flatten out evenly sausage.
cut bag away, it was just a form. [ 'option'put in fridge to firm up]
place on tinfoil, fill with what ever your imagination comes up with. i like diced pepperoni and cheese diced jalapino
roll sausage up.
wrap with the foil, place on smoker rack for couple hours. slice and enjoy on biscuit or alone with a beer
