I'm repainting my enormous porch. Hope to get it done bofore it's too cold but we'll see. Two questions:
I'm adding a ceiling fan to one section of the porch, pic attached. There are 2 lights there now. This section is about 17' long about 7-1/2' between the lights. One of us want to cut in a new box centered between the lights. The other says do away with 1 light and put it there. I have to run new power either way. Opinions?
Question 2. Sounds like a dumb question but when scraping paint when is enough? I could probably work at it and almost scrape off everything. Would take forever.
