You can hide a downspout inside a false column or pillar.
Made out of treated 1x6 ripped down to size.
Or use a hollow architectural pillar or column, which are made of pvc or other plastic or synthetics, and are hollow.
You can hide a piece of flex pvc tubing inside.
You can also use the decorative vinyl or composite sleeves that are made to slip over a 4x4 post for a deck or a pergola.
